In normal wheel setup menu, you should be able to click on the button for what axis is being used for throttle, hit the gas pedal and it should assign the proper axis for that, Likewise press button showing axis for brake and hit the brake pedal to assign proper axis for that.Somehow, in the middle of my ETS2 game, my brake axis became stuck on full; even when my brake pedal is not pressed, the truck will reverse. When I press the throttle, the engine revs, but the truck does not move (presumably the result of the game interpreting both pedals being pressed at the same time, when only the accelerator is actually being pressed). I take my G27 pedals apart every so often to clean out the cat hair that accumulates in them, the pot starts putting out funny readings (you'll see the green bar in the controls screen flicker for side to side even with no pedal movement, and it'll cancel Cruise Control or stop engine-brakes from coming on too unless I make the deadzones huge). SOLUTION: It turns out my brake pedal was sending the smallest amount of signal and that was preventing any other button press from registering when attempting to map. To solve: I disabled my pedals from the detected controllers dropdowns, then mapped all of my buttons, then re-enabled my pedals. All of the devices are working in-game now.
After the last update my PXN v900 Pedals have stopped working. I have re-installed the driver to no avail and even tried with the Windows 11 default driver. Any Ideas. Try disable all possible Steam input from Steam settings, and let the game communicate directly to the driver installed by OS. Steam input can be disabled globally or per-game
i just bought a G27 so i could use it with ets2 and everything works apart from the clutch and the h-shifter and not only on ets 2 but other games like rfactor 2 and f1 2010, im running ets2 steam version on a 64bit system ets2 says there is no h-shifter detected and i cant seem to find the h shifter or the pedals in "devices and printers" in control panel on windows 7 home premium, i need anyone's help would be appreciated ♡♥. got any idea`s what steering wheel works with PC windows 11 cause ive gotten 3 steering wheels already and they all don't work, on amazon in the description for the wheels they say everything but what windows its compatible with. Actually, it was about the time I got Spintires Mudrunner. I didn't notice at first, but the clutch was half-pressed all the time. My speed in Spintires was much slower than a friend in a co-op lobby and we quickly learned I updated the game to the latest version 1.42 and downloaded promods 1.57. After that, the steering wheel no longer worked. It feels unreal, either quite "loose" or heavy to turn. Also, the clutch pedal does not work properly. When you try to shift gears at the bottom of the clutch pedal, nothing happens, but without it, the gear changes. make sure you have installed logitech gaming software. #7. The problem is that the pedals double as shifters and the paddle shifters double as brake and acceleration. When I brake, I downshift and when I downshift I brake and when I accelerate I upshift and when I upshaft I accelerate. Throttle and brake are only mapped to UP and DOWN. 9wF3V.
